These Terms cover your use of isthissongai.org and Is This Song AI (the "Service"). The Service is run by Jianwei Li, sole trader, Building 11, Liyuan Xincun, Majialong Community, Nantou Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518052, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, support@isthissongai.org ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
What the Service does
Upload a song and an AI music detector trained on Suno, Udio and more tells you how likely it is that a machine made it, and what the score means.Some features use automated or AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete; check it before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use it.
About the AI music check. The result is a probability from a detection model, not proof. It can be wrong in both directions, especially for heavily produced, edited or very short recordings. Don't use it as the only basis for accusing an artist, taking down a release or refusing payment. A check that has returned a result has used its credit, whatever the result says.
Accounts
Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
Purchases
Credits come in one-time packs. Nothing renews. Credits stay valid for the period shown on the pricing page, have no cash value and can't be paid out or transferred.
Prices are shown on the pricing page. Sales and payments are handled by Waffo Hong Kong Limited as Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record and takes care of payment, tax, receipts and refunds; your purchase shows as "Is This Song AI" on your card statement. We provide the Service itself. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't try to disrupt the Service, get around limits, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything illegal. You keep the rights to what you upload and must have the right to upload it. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service running but can't promise it will always be available or error free. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be limited by law.
Changes and ending use
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and each purchase is governed by the version in force when you made it. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
