Credit packs
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once you've used credits from a pack, that pack can't be refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
Mistakes on our side
Charged twice, or for a renewal you had already cancelled? Email support@isthissongai.org from the address on your account and we'll put it right.
How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Waffo Hong Kong Limited, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, credits from it that you haven't used are removed.
EU and UK customers
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. If you start using what you bought within those 14 days, you ask us to provide it right away and the right to withdraw ends once it's been used.
